🪙 Token Distribution (Rite of Allocation)

Each Tokenized Cultivar is born with 100 tokens, divided the same way every time:

50% → The Breeder
25% → The Grass Menagerie
25% → $GRASS Holders (pro rata)

This ensures:

Creators are honored
The system is sustained
The community participates

🌿 If the Breeder Cannot Receive Their Tokens

If custody of the breeder’s share cannot be delivered:

Tokens are held by The Grass Menagerie
Rewards from that share are donated to charity

Charitable distributions may include:

🎁 Seed Participation Rewards

Once per year, Tokenized Cultivar holders may be randomly selected to receive physical seed packs.

Accrual rates may be increased, reduced, paused, or restructured at any time.

🔄 $GRASS Redemption for Cultivars

$GRASS may be redeemed for Tokenized Cultivars held in custody by The Grass Menagerie.

Redemption rate:
100,000 $GRASS = 1.0 Tokenized Cultivar token

Redemption applies only to:

Cultivars still held by The Grass Menagerie
Not yet distributed to breeders or the community

This allows:

Participation to become lineage
Utility to become trust

$LYRIAN is not an object of trade, but a mark of passage —

Those who cross this threshold do not seek yield.
They seek authorship.

I. The Purpose of the Instrument

The Lyrian Instrument exists to govern access, alignment, and authorship within the Lyrian Labs ecosystem.

It is declared plainly:

$LYRIAN is not investable.
It does not represent equity, profit, yield, redemption, or claim upon any treasury or store of value.

Instead, $LYRIAN serves as:

A sigil of protocol permission
A marker of stewardship
A sign of readiness to speak in council

To hold $LYRIAN is not to own wealth.
It is to be recognized.

II. The Law of Non-Return

$LYRIAN is not:

Any funds offered in exchange for $LYRIAN are:

III. The Two Rites of Attainment

$LYRIAN may be approached by two sanctioned paths, neither of which grants financial right.

Rite of Transmutation (Earned Path)

At appointed intervals, the Gate opens. During these times, those who have long walked with $GRASS may transmute it into the Lyrian Mark according to the published ratio.

This path rewards time and alignment, not speed.

Rite of Offering (Genetic Redemption)

Ten (10) Lyrian Marks may be returned to the Lyrian Labs vault and consigned to the flame, never to circulate again. In exchange, the bearer may receive one pack of Lyrian Labs genetics of their choosing, subject to availability.

This act is irreversible. The Marks are destroyed and cannot be recalled. The exchange grants no financial claim, no credit, and no promise of future favor. It is a closing of the circle between symbol and seed.

Rite of Patronage (Sponsored Path)

Meaning: Sponsorship and support

This path exists for those who wish to stand in stewardship without prior accumulation.

At rare and unannounced turns of the cycle, the Garden enters a brief Season of Favor. During these moments, those who bear the Lyrian Mark find their cultivars answering with greater abundance.

This rite does not summon new harvests.
It alters how the existing harvest is received.

These seasons are:

Declared by the protocol
Irregular and unscheduled
Temporary in duration
Never guaranteed

Each Season of Favor may last no longer than seven days.

They are a recognition of stewardship, not a promise of return.

Who Is Seen

Only wallets that have borne $LYRIAN without interruption for thirty days before a Season of Favor are seen by the Garden. Any transfer within this span dissolves recognition.

The Ladder of Recognition

The Garden answers according to the weight of the Mark carried at the moment the season opens:
